Credits and payments
How credits work
Every tool run costs credits, and the exact number is shown before you start. New accounts get 10 free credits, credits are taken only when a run starts, failed runs are refunded automatically, and credits never expire.
How to pay for credits with UPI, cards or net banking
Choose a credit pack on the Pricing or Credits page and pay through Razorpay with UPI, a card, net banking or a wallet. Prices include GST, the credits are added as soon as the payment goes through, and nothing renews.
How to ask for a refund
You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used. Write to us with your account email and payment ID; approved refunds reach your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
Making photos and videos
Which selfies to upload for the best AI headshots
Upload 1–4 clear, recent selfies where your face is easy to see: good light on your face, no sunglasses, hats or heavy filters, and nobody else in the picture. Different angles and expressions help the AI keep your likeness.
Why did my run fail, and do I get my credits back?
Yes. When a run fails for any reason, its credits go back to your balance automatically and straight away, and your History page shows it as “Failed · refunded”. The message on the run says what went wrong.
Which files you can upload, and how long runs take
Photos can be JPG, PNG or WebP, audio can be MP3, WAV or M4A, and each file can be up to 50 MB. Most photo tools finish in under a minute, headshots and photo shoots in a minute or two, and videos usually in 2–6 minutes.

How long we keep your photos, and how to delete results
The photos you upload are deleted from our storage as soon as each run finishes, whether it works or fails. Your results stay in your account until you delete them, which you can do at any time from your History page.
How to delete your account
Open your Profile page, press “Delete my account” and type DELETE to confirm. Your account, photos, results and history are deleted permanently; purchase records are kept without a link to you, because tax law requires it.
How to sign in without a password
Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link. Open it in the same browser within one hour and you're signed in. Where the button is shown, you can also sign in with Google. There's no password to remember or leak.
