Privacy policy

What we collect, why, who processes it and how long we keep it. This policy is written for India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

  1. 1.Who is responsible

    Head Shot PROs is operated by BLAZETECH, a sole proprietorship of Tanveer Singh Sidhu, C175, Kahnuwan Road, Gurdaspur, Punjab 143521, India (GSTIN 03HCCPS1997F2ZB).

    We decide how your personal data is used, so we're responsible for it (the "data fiduciary").

  2. 2.What we collect

    • Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
    • What you upload: photos, videos and audio you give a tool to work on.
    • What you create: the results of each run, and a record of the runs (tool, settings, credits).
    • Purchases: the pack, amount, date and Razorpay's order and payment IDs. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.
    • Email choices: whether you've asked for emails about new tools and trends, and when you chose.
    • Technical data: basic server logs needed to run and secure the service.

  3. 3.Why we use it

    To provide the tools you ask for, keep your account and credit balance, take payments, answer your messages, prevent abuse and meet legal duties such as tax records. We email you about new tools and trends only if you ask us to, and you can stop at any time on your Profile page. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your uploads to train AI models.

  4. 4.Photos, faces and voices

    Uploads are stored privately and sent to the AI provider only to create your result. They are deleted from our storage as soon as the run finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. Uploads left behind by a run that never started are deleted within a few hours. Results stay in your account until you delete them.

  5. 5.Who processes your data

    • Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage (servers in the United States).
    • Vercel: website hosting.
    • Magnific (formerly Freepik, Spain): runs the AI models that create your results, using the files you upload.
    • Razorpay: payment processing (India).
    • Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.

    Some of these process data outside India. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes above.

  6. 6.How long we keep it

    Uploads: until the run ends. Results and run history: until you delete them or your account. Account details: while your account is open. Purchase records: for as long as tax law requires, without a link to your account once you delete it. After you delete your account we keep only a one-way fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself), so welcome credits are given once per email.

  7. 7.Your rights

    You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or close your account, by writing to blazetech.devtools@gmail.com. You can also delete results yourself on your History page, and delete your whole account on your Profile page. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

  8. 8.Cookies and storage

    We keep your sign-in session and theme choice in your browser's storage. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

  9. 9.Children

    The service is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly process children's data, and uploads of children aren't allowed.

  10. 10.Security

    Files are kept in private storage that only your account can reach, all traffic is encrypted, and payment details never touch our servers.

  11. 11.Changes to this policy

    We'll update the date above when this policy changes, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.

  12. 12.Contact and grievance officer

    We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
