Acceptable use

The rules for using our AI tools. Breaking them can lead to your account being closed.

  1. 1.Only use photos, videos and voices you have permission to use

    Upload yourself, or people who have agreed. Tools that work with faces or voices ask you to confirm this every time.

  2. 2.No children

    Don't upload photos or videos of anyone under 18. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

  3. 3.No deception or impersonation

    Don't use face swap, talking photos or any other tool to pretend to be someone else, to fake events, or to mislead people.

  4. 4.No public figures in face swaps

    Don't swap the faces of politicians, celebrities or other public figures, even as a joke.

  5. 5.No sexual, violent or hateful content

    Don't create nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate or graphic violence. The AI providers' safety filters block much of this, and blocked jobs are refunded.

  6. 6.Respect other people's rights

    Don't remove watermarks or edit images you don't have the rights to, and don't recreate other brands' logos or products as your own.
