Which files you can upload, and how long runs take

Photos

JPG, PNG and WebP photos work, including phone photos. Before uploading, the site resizes a photo to at most 2,048 pixels on its longest side and saves it again. That keeps uploads quick on mobile data and removes hidden details such as the GPS location where the photo was taken.

Headshot and photo-shoot tools take 1–4 selfies. Editing tools take one photo at a time.

Audio for talking photos

The talking photo tool takes a portrait and an audio clip in MP3, WAV or M4A. Its cost depends on the length of the audio: 94 credits for each 10 seconds.

Size limits

• Each file can be up to 50 MB. The browser checks it first, and our server checks the file again before any AI work starts.
• You can have up to 3 runs waiting or running at once.

How long runs take

• Most photo editing tools: under a minute.
• Headshots and photo shoots: a minute or two.
• Videos: usually 2–6 minutes.

You don't have to wait on the page. Results appear on your History page when they're ready, and a run that takes far too long is stopped and refunded (after 15 minutes for photos, 45 for videos).
