How to delete your account

Before you delete

Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted. If you bought a pack in the last 7 days and haven't used it, ask for a refund first. Download any results you want to keep.

Step by step

1. Sign in and open your Profile page.
2. Under Delete account, press Delete my account.
3. Read the summary, type DELETE in the box and confirm.

What's deleted, and what's kept

• Your account, photos, results, history and credit balance are deleted. This can't be undone.
• If you own a team, it's deleted and its members leave it. If you're a member, you leave your team.
• Purchase records are kept, without a link to you, because tax law requires it.
• We keep a one-way fingerprint of your email address (not the address itself), so the 10 free credits are given once per email.

You can also ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by writing to blazetech.devtools@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
