Head Shot PROs is operated by BLAZETECH, a sole proprietorship of Tanveer Singh Sidhu, C175, Kahnuwan Road, Gurdaspur, Punjab 143521, India (GSTIN 03HCCPS1997F2ZB).

You must be 18 or older. You need an account, and you're responsible for everything done with it, so keep your sign-in secure.

Each tool run costs credits. The cost is shown before you start, and credits are taken only when a run starts.

Credits are sold in one-time packs, priced in Indian rupees including GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

Credits don't expire, can't be transferred to another account and have no cash value. New accounts get 10 free credits to try the service.

If a run fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Only upload photos, videos and audio that you own or have permission to use. Tools that work with people's faces or voices ask you to confirm this each time.

Never upload anyone under 18.

You may use the results you create, including commercially, provided you had the rights to what you uploaded. Results are created by AI and should be presented honestly: don't use them to deceive anyone or to impersonate a real person.

AI results vary. A result may not look exactly like the person or scene you expected, and some requests are blocked by the AI providers' safety filters (blocked runs are refunded in credits). We don't guarantee any particular result.

We may add, change or remove tools and their credit costs. A run's cost is always shown before it starts. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will never be interrupted.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the acceptable use rules; unused purchased credits on an account closed for abuse aren't refunded.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurdaspur, Punjab have jurisdiction.

We'll update the date above when these terms change, and tell account holders by email about significant changes.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
