How long we keep your photos, and how to delete results

The photos you upload are deleted from our storage as soon as each run finishes, whether it works or fails. Your results stay in your account until you delete them, which you can do at any time from your History page.
Uploads
A photo, video or audio file you upload is kept only while its run is working. When the run finishes, successfully or not, the upload is deleted. Uploads from a run that never started, for example because the browser was closed halfway, are removed by an hourly clean-up within a few hours.

Results
The pictures and videos you make are kept in your private storage so you can download them again later. They stay until you delete them or your account. Nobody else can see them, except the team owner for headshots made inside a team.
How to delete a result
- Sign in and open your History page.
- Find the result and press Delete, then confirm.
- The files are removed from your account permanently. Credits used for that run aren't refunded.
