Refund and cancellation policy

How refunds work for credit packs bought on Head Shot PROs.

  1. 1.What you buy

    Credit packs are one-time purchases of credits for use on Head Shot PROs. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

  2. 2.Failed results

    If a tool fails to produce a result, the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically.

  3. 3.Refunds for unused packs

    You can ask for a full refund of a pack within 7 days of buying it, as long as none of its credits have been used. Write to blazetech.devtools@gmail.com with your account email and payment ID (shown on your Credits page). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.

  4. 4.Used credits

    Credits that have been used to create results can't be refunded, because the AI processing has already been paid for. If a result is clearly broken, for example a blank or corrupted file, write to us and we'll review it.

  5. 5.Payment problems

    If you were charged but didn't receive credits, or were charged twice, write to us and we'll add the credits or refund the extra charge.

  6. 6.Contact and grievance officer

    We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
