How to set up headshots for your team

For the team owner

1. Sign in and open the Team page from the menu.
2. Create your team: give it a name, choose the outfit and the background everyone will get, and set how many headshots each member can make (1 to 40).
3. Copy the invite link and send it to your team on WhatsApp, email or chat.
4. Watch the team's headshots arrive in the Team headshots gallery, where you can view and download them.

For team members

1. Open the invite link and sign in with your email (or Google, where shown).
2. Press Join team, then open Headshots for Teams from your tools.
3. Upload 1–4 selfies and start the run. Your headshots use the team's outfit and background, and you don't need credits of your own.

What it costs

Each headshot costs the owner 5 credits (about ₹10). A team of 10 with 4 headshots each needs 200 credits. The headshots-per-member limit stops anyone using more than you planned, and if a member's run fails, the credits come back to you.

Managing the team

• Change the outfit, background or limit at any time. New runs use the new settings.
• Make a new invite link if the old one was shared too widely. The old link stops working; people already in the team stay.
• Remove a member to stop them making more team headshots. Headshots they already made stay in their account.
• A person can be in one team at a time, so someone already in another team must leave it before joining yours.
• Deleting the team can't be undone, and you'll no longer see the members' headshots.
